These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of any content pack sold on Blackbird PLR (blackbirdplr.com), operated under Skylark Virtual Services. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. What You’re Buying
Blackbird PLR sells Private Label Rights (PLR) content packs — pre-written blog posts, bonus guides, and related digital assets — intended for resellers, bloggers, and content creators to use as the basis for their own published content.
All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are included in any purchase.
2. Your License
When you purchase a pack, you are buying a license to use the content — not the copyright to the original work. Blackbird PLR retains ownership of the original, unedited content in every pack.
You CAN:
- Edit, rewrite, rebrand, and publish the content under your own name
- Use it across your blog, products, services, email, and social media
- Use it as the base for client work or a paid product of your own
- Adapt it into any format that suits your needs
You CANNOT:
- Resell or share the content as-is under PLR or resell rights (i.e. pass on the same PLR license to someone else)
- Publish or distribute the original, unedited files anywhere they could be freely redownloaded by others
- Claim authorship of the original, unedited work, or attach the original writer’s name to your own use of it
No attribution to Blackbird PLR is required once you’ve purchased a pack.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD dollars and are processed securely at checkout. Blackbird PLR reserves the right to change prices on any product at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is placed.
4. Delivery & Access
Access to your purchased pack is provided instantly after successful payment, via [confirm delivery method — e.g. download link on the order confirmation page / email / My Account downloads tab]. If you don’t receive access within a reasonable time, contact us using the details below.
5. Refunds
[Gap — this needs your decision before publishing. Because these are instant-access digital products, most PLR sellers state something like: “Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once a pack has been delivered” — but this should reflect your own policy, not a default. Let me know what you’d like here and I’ll drop it in.]
6. Intellectual Property
The original, unedited content in every pack remains the intellectual property of Blackbird PLR / Skylark Virtual Services. Your purchase grants a license to use and modify that content under the terms in Section 2 — it does not transfer copyright ownership of the original work to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Content packs are provided for general informational and content-creation purposes. While every pack is fact-checked before release, Blackbird PLR is not liable for how you choose to publish, adapt, or represent the content once it’s in your hands, or for any outcomes resulting from its use.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or purchase of any pack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
